My service advisor Joe Mena was outstanding. From greeting me at 7:30 a.m., explaining the process clearly to arranging a Lyft driver to take me home. The following day he contacted me to inform me of the results of the diagnostic. It was a simple matter this time but he treated like a major repair. I recommend them 100x more than lousy Casa Ford where I waited almost three hours for a ride home that never came. I highly recommend Shamaley Ford and Joe Mena for your auto repair needs.
