Excellent service and customer attention.

Excellent service and customer attention. I had my car serviced here in March of 2023. Jeff Scott went beyond his duties and my car was ready before the time promised. I owed some money and the billing department gave me complete understanding and showed compassion. I am so grateful to them for their kindness and compassion. I wish I could remember the persons name in billing/finance who helped me so that I could mention her here also. Kudos! to Jeff and her!!

Oil change.

I had an oil change appointment on 21 Feb , and when l pulled in l was told for an oil change it would be from 2.5 hrs to 3 hrs. When you have an appointment you should not have to wait that long.

No problem with the service advisor great customer service. I rated two stars because now, I'm missing a bolt from one of the wheel covers No good. All the extra recommended service my truck doesn’t need or require was already done at Shamaley Ford about two years ago. Would I recommend this place for service, I don’t know take your own chances sometimes is good sometimes not at all.
