Nice Experience…

Jerry Esmele was my Service Advisor. I only went in to order some parts for my F150 in which Robert, in parts, was very helpful and informative. Jerry assisted me w the purchase order and was also very helpful and friendly. Both Jerry and Robert had a good attitude with me and treated me well…

Service department ripped me off.

Took car in 3 times, spent over 6,000 dollars and car is even worse. DO NOT COME HERE!! My 2017 Ford Explorer broke down so I took it. I asked them to do whatever was needed including a full tune up, timing chain replacement and lots more. It came out to over 5,000 dollars which I expected. However, a few days later the check engine light came on again and same issues. I took it back and they charged me another 1,000 even though they said the work would be under warranty. I paid the 1000 and a few days later the check engine light came on again and issues seemed to be getting worse. I took it in for a 3rd time and now they are saying the entire engine needs to be replaced. For another 6,000. Bottom line is they are either incompetent or are greedy and rip people off. Please learn from my mistakes and find another dealership or mechanic to service your car.
