Bad Service
Been a long time customer of Shamaley Ford. That all changed today. Service couldn’t have been worse. They hang banners behind their service desks claiming to keep customers informed of all work and progress of their vehicle. NOT TRUE!! Waited all day to be updated on my vehicle service NO CALLS, NOTHING!! Couldn’t wait any longer, so I was dropped off and spoke to my service advisor. 1. He forgot about me 2. I drive my truck everywhere and I had asked for all filters to be replaced along with service, didn’t happen. I quote “My Bad” was the reasoning behind the bad service at Shamaley Ford Lee Trevino. To top all all off my stem caps are missing, way to go to put an exclamation mark on already bad service

Excelente Location, Great Service and Professional
Excellent customer service! People are friendly and professional! I like the dealership, because is clean, safe and has everything you need for you and your vehicle needs! Also has shuttle service!

Custom ordered vehicle. The process was efficient
Ordered vehicle online, received email updates on production and delivery process at dealership to purchase vehicle was quick and efficient. Salesman knowledge on vehicle was good.

Highly recommended
I have used Shamaley Ford for my car services multiple times over the last couple of years and I must say that each experience has been very positive. I have come to know a bunch of the employees between oil changes, vehicle recalls etc. I haven’t tried other Ford dealers in the area, but I am TOTALLY content with the customer service and highly recommend them.
