Diagnostics for error code po299

I dropped off my truck to get diagnostics run on it. They had my truck for a week. The tech assigned to my vehicle only returned 1 out of my 4 calls. Despite having my vehicle for a week and spending 300 dollars on diagnostics they did absolutely nothing and didn't figure out the problem. When I dropped it off at only had one code that popped up which is po299. Upon driving out of the dealership my truck slowed to 35 miles per hour maximum. It popped up a new code po246. So I decided to figure out what was wrong this time. Whoever ran"diagnostics" on my vehicle broke my turbo solenoid. I only recommend them if your want to waste money and get your vehicle back with broken parts or worse damage.

Made an appointment, went there, no customers around, no one would help. Finally helped and he said it would be 3 days before looked at! What the point of making an appointment. The service department sucks! I asked if they could give a date and time to look at my truck he said no.

I forgot it was just a screen name on this review. Not dodging being public. My name is Bobby Brookshire. No need to make right. I have ordered the part and will install myself. Luckily Im able to do so. Just so attention has been made on the level of customer service going on or lack there of. I know times have been tough lately but, your customers deserve better whether they have purchased the vehicle from you or not. I do appreciate that the reviews are read and responded too.

Oil change and cabin Filter replaced

My experience at the dealership went great they help me and explain to me on what was the proper oil change I needed and or Select is a oils..

Great Service

It was very easy to make my service appointment online. I was in and out in about 00 minutes. Service writer Adria was great. She was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend her!
