A/c problem with truck.

Service Advisor Jerry has quick to help me out even though they we’re clearly understaffed and being overworked. Nevertheless Jerry listened with close attention to the problem I was experiencing with the vehicle and wrote down every detail I mentioned. Soon enough I got a call that the truck was ready to pick up, once I picked it up Jerry was quick to get my car out and finalizing the payment/ paperwork. He explained to o me the problem the a/c was having and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I went in for an oil change and to check the running boards of my vehicle, they told me it would be done by the end of the day. Manager called me later and said it wouldn't be done till Monday. Monday came and went with no news, I called them on Tuesday and they were honest enough to tell me that the service tech had gone on vacation, I guess they forgot about me. They said they would look at my vehicle, finally! 20 mins later they called me to advise me that I had two punctured tires, the new sales rep promptly tried to sell me an overpriced tire.It seemed suspicious so I told them to just do oil change and not to do anything else. I also told them my tires were fine and had no problems up now. I picked up vehicle later that day and 20 mins after I drove out of dealership my front left tire went flat. May I remind you my tires were in good condition and never had a problem before. Also, i dont even know if they did oil change but they sure charged me for it! Never going back!

Repairs

Repairs on my 2003 Mercury Marauder fuel pump and differential. It Took 2 weeks, but good discounts were applied. i would go back and have my vehicle serviced again
