Terrible service and rude "service advisor"
The service advisor, Sabrina, was very rude. She wouldn't return our calls and kept us waiting for days. She had no empathy or customer service skills. The general manager said he would talk to us but never came out to do so. We were so anxious about our car and didn't have it for 5 days. Turned out there was nothing wrong with it except a sensor. The whole experience was total chaos and upsetting and very disappointing. We took the car to the dealer because the check engine light was on and we thought we would get excellent service. We will never go here again.

Great location, great service. No complaints.
Drove by and a Ford F-150 caught my attention. Decided to give it a try and go for a test drive. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted and offered some cold water. Super plus given how hot it is out. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Everybody maintains distance and is wearing a mask. Considering buying the truck! Wish me luck!

Great Service
Service Manager, Jesse Baird provided me with outstanding customer care during my most recent visit to Shamaley Ford. It began with my phone call to the service department with questions regarding headlamp alignments and additional maintenance services for my F150. Jesse was excellent on the phone. He spoke clearly, and was very courteous and patient as he reviewed my account and service history. He provided services recommendations along with sound rationale and benefits for the services. After delivering my truck for service, I found Jesse to be readily available to me anytime I had questions. He went as far as providing me with his personal cell phone number so that I could reach him anytime. Jesse is a consummate profesional and truly has his customer’s and company’s best interest at heart.
