I took my Ford F150 truck to get serviced, and when I got it back, got it home found out that the fluids reservoir for the wipers has a crack in it. And it's leaking fluid that same day I took it to service, it was never damaged before I took it to service.

Best service experience I have had in a very very very long time. Jesus Rosales got me in and went above and beyond to complete the service and warranty work on my low miles mustang. I would NOW consider buying another ford product. I won’t be going any other ford dealership for service in the 915 area. 5 Stars for Jesus Rosales 4 Stars for Shamaley. I should not have had to walk past 8 other service advisors in the garage before walking in an office to find Jesus. But I’m very glad I did! DG
