Very poor quality control with their service department.

Very poor quality control with their service department. I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t expect to have oil all over my drive way when I got home. Whoever worked on my truck didn’t bother to put the oil cap back on! This is twice now! My wife got the oil changed there while I was deployed prior to a road trip, but she didn’t realize it unit she stopped another ford dealership in another state because there was smoke coming out of the engine. What is the purpose with all the texts, emails, and videos telling you: hey, we’re doing this and that with your vehicle in accordance with our maintenance procedures. If you have standard procedures, follow it! This is xx!

Excellent service, timely repair and recall addressed and repaired. Exceptional quick response and follow up with cost estimate and interaction with Edwardo. Damion salesman showed us a small truck and he was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the truck cost and assets.

No communication from Kay during maintenance.

No communication from Kay during maintenance. Also received the wrong payment request, which was later made to be a higher price with the same service description. No explanation from that either.

MS Howard excels at what she does.

MS Howard excels at what she does. Letting me know 2 of my tires needed replacement soon, she went ahead and had my 2 better ones moved for safety w/o wasting time in waiting for a response from me; getting my Mustang out sooner. I'm appreciative of her commitment and friendly service.
