This is about the third time I’ve brought my car in to

This is about the third time I’ve brought my car in to Shamaley Ford Service Center and I have always had great results. Customer Service, Tom Doran and Aaron are always caring, polite and answer all my questions. Hopefully, I won’t have any future problems with my car but, if I do, I’ll definitely bring it back here.

Jose Carrillo at Shamaley Ford the service advisor is

Jose Carrillo at Shamaley Ford the service advisor is tentative and help me out as best as possible. The only issue that I have was that when I dropped my vehicle I went back to ask a question. A lady service advisor didn?t really wanted to help me. She looked angry and disturbed and quickly disregarded me to you need to go to your service advisor. Many of the employees seem the same way. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I remembered this place use to be better at customer service. Jose made a difference and I thank him. As well I thank the mechanic who repaired my vehicle. I only recommend this place because they did a good job on repairing the vehicle.

Eduardo Ruelas was very attentive the service provided

Eduardo Ruelas was very attentive the service provided was excellent. The car was service and they even washed it for me. I will still service my car with them in the future.

I had a great experience at Shamaley Ford dealership. It was direct and to the point. There was no pressure or gimmicks with my buying experience. Tony S. is who I worked with and he did an excellent job, thank you Sir. Also Yoli and the finance department representative did a great job as well. I highly recommended buying a new vehicle from this dealership.

Shamaley changed my front shocks and my 2008 f150 looks

Shamaley changed my front shocks and my 2008 f150 looks great! I could not believe how smooth my truck is running now. They also had nice looking used cars

Good Quality work and great customer service.

Good Quality work and great customer service. Kay was helpful and Charlie the manager was helping me to expedite the process. The facility was clean and bathrooms were clean as well. Good people there.

Almost always great service, however I would recommend

Almost always great service, however I would recommend more transparency by showing us customers the parts after they've been replaced. Additional, provide the customers a status update on repair/replacement of parts or services vs doing so after customer asks for an update.
