I had a great experience at Shamaley Ford dealership. It was direct and to the point. There was no pressure or gimmicks with my buying experience. Tony S. is who I worked with and he did an excellent job, thank you Sir. Also Yoli and the finance department representative did a great job as well. I highly recommended buying a new vehicle from this dealership.

Maria was awesome when she was checking me in. She asked if i needed the shuttle and was super polite. The young man mr Armendariz was cheerful snd assured me my car would be taken care of. They are great. So efficient.

Almost always great service, however I would recommend
Almost always great service, however I would recommend more transparency by showing us customers the parts after they've been replaced. Additional, provide the customers a status update on repair/replacement of parts or services vs doing so after customer asks for an update.

Victor Munoz was my sales rep and I do feel he did great
Victor Munoz was my sales rep and I do feel he did great service. Me buying a new vehicle took a few months because the vehicle the way I wanted just wasn't available he respected that and did not push me into getting into any other vehicle I was not looking for. Few days before getting what I wanted he called me and told me that new inventory was arriving and that he found one just the way I wanted and he send me all details about two days before it hit the lot. When it arrived he let me see it and we closed the deal with a hand shake. Thank you Victor
