I had a great experience at Shamaley Ford dealership. It was direct and to the point. There was no pressure or gimmicks with my buying experience. Tony S. is who I worked with and he did an excellent job, thank you Sir. Also Yoli and the finance department representative did a great job as well. I highly recommended buying a new vehicle from this dealership.

They saved me money and time.
They saved me money and time. Even told me to go a different route in order not to waste so much money. Went in for new spark plugs came out know I had a transmission problem.

Marija approached me within seconds of pulling into the
Marija approached me within seconds of pulling into the service department. She communicated updates often. If she didn't call she text. I appreciate all that she did. Only thing I would like to request is that prior to signing fire service they site is what was marked on the do off regarding dents and cracks on the vehicle. My windows have no cracks or chips but it states it was dropped off with chips and cracks. Moving forward they should allow the customer to review what they are putting down for dents and body issues with the vehicle to be honest on the drop.off
