Upon arrival, verbally stated to advisor I'm a furloughed

Upon arrival, verbally stated to advisor I'm a furloughed govt employee, and due to the shutdown, I didn't have the money to wash my obviously dirty truck; did he offer to have it washed, no. Upon checkout, I asked why this oul change was so expensive, I was ignored. I advised I am a veteran (which should ALREADY be annotated in their system as I've been there SO many times. Advisor simply said, oh, uh, hmm,...No, 'I'll fix it', nothing. Every visit they find some sort of very expensive preventative maintenance to recommend. They seem to always be in a hurry to get your money and get you the xxxx out. Only come here due to extended warranty purchased during vehicle purchase. DO BETTER!

Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Carvana,

Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Carvana, took it to Group 1 has it?s been our family go to in the past (as Shamaley). Had a full inspection done, and had great service with repairs and a recall. Now i only bring my vehicle there and will be returning if I plan to purchase anything.
