Great service by all staff, I live on the Westside and don’t mind having to go across town for service. It’s definitely worth it! Service advisors are very accommodating, they offer pick up and drop off services that you don’t typically get from other dealerships. I was informed routinely about my vehicles status by Aaron Wade & Sasha Martinez! Overall a very pleasant experience and would rate it a 10/10. Thank you Ford team for taking care of my needs!

Luis Alatorre gave us excellent customer service. He was super patient with us and allowed us to try the car out for the night. Kept in constant contact with us with the paperwork we needed and explained in great detail about the vehicle my husband and I were interested in. Finance manager was great to work with and broke down what we would be paying a month. Highly recommend this place!!!!
