Great, easy car buying experience

We purchased a used Ford Edge, staff was very friendly and very helpful. Great experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

great service

Had our mkx in for oil service and tire rotation, wash and clean. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did not take long to complete the services.

Quick lane

I hate that they shut off my lights, I keep them on the automatic setting so I never have to think about it but when I leave there they are always off (which of course I don't remember until it is getting dark and people are flashing their lights at me)

Good car care

The service to my Ford Escape was well done. The staff was helpful in letting me know the extras that they felt should be done before the service was completed. Thanks again for another well check on my ford.

Quality Service

Service Department visit due to recall. And, repaired one unusual door problem while in shop. Communication was outstanding ... Expectations on timing were set at drop off, follow-up phone calls from service department kept vehicle owner appraised of progress (and prognosis), and completion of all work was done ahead of schedule... Service Department clearly exceeded expectations of vehicle owner!

Excellent experience at Quicklane again

Just took my vehicle in for the "Works" (oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation). Quicklane staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as ever. It's always nice when you don't receive a phone call regarding a maintenance "surprise". Everything gets done fast and right. Even though the place is extremely busy all the time. Mitch and Mackenzie are always great. And kudos need to go out to all the mechanics behind the scenes performing the work. I never intend to switch my business from Quicklane.

Jeff Callies is very knowledgeable, No pressure, Patient

We've spent the past week looking at cars. Jeff Callies at Sill-Terhar Ford was so patient with us through the whole week. He took the time to explain everything to ensure we were comfortable with the car inside and out. He researched all cars to find the one with the options we wanted. Sales: Jeff is very knowledgeable about the product he sells. Personable: Jeff is polite, understanding, we called him, text him and he always took the time for us even thru the busiest of days. Jeff never made us feel uncomfortable or put us under any pressure. I highly recommend Jeff and Sill-Terhar Motors for your next purchase! We are a repeat customer and have bought several cars here and couldn't be happier with the service and all the people there.

Great Service

As usual, the Quick Lane service was fast and efficient. The people are great and I was in and out, with full explanations of what was done, in short order. They give my Lincoln MKX great care.
