Same day (Christmas week) truck repair

Dear Silterhar I was starting on a 500 mile trip in my F-150 when the check engine light went on. I called Mitch at Quick Lane and he made sure that a Tech was available for a dignostic. Long story short, I took my truck straight to Mitch and Mckenzie, they identified a blown spark plug, repaired my truck in matter of hours. I made my 500 mile family Christmas trip the same day. That is a stellar success story made possible by Mitch, McKenzie and your mechanics at Silterhar. It made my Christmas.

Great service

I had a very good experience after having my battery replaced and finding that my hybrid batteries were also dead. The service people were very efficient and polite. The office staff had the driver take me home while the charge was taking place and pick me up when finished. This was on a very snowy and cold day.

Good dealership

Quick lane service is always good. Just need to figure out how to life up to the name Quick Lane!most cases it take about 2 hours to get vehicle serviced.
