Great staff and service!

Sevice of my vechile

Your service and people at Quick Lane are great, but waiting in line is NOT it waste my time since I cannot make an appointment, when I'm in AZ I can make an appt and it saves me a lot of time and effort. I have driven up to your dealership to find that the wait is a couple of hours and I drive back home.

Made the process easy

This is our third vehicle purchased from Sill Terhar. They are upfront and honest. Trust is important to me. No pressure and a good price the first time. We ordered the vehicle and they stayed in touch frequently by E mail (my preference) with updates as to delivery. Jeff Callies was attentive to any needs and made the who process quite easy. We love our Expedition. It came exactly as ordered with no issues. I would definitely recommend Sill Terhar for an enjoyable buying experience.

The best Service dept. I've every been to,

I was in a desperate need to have my power steering fluid flushed. Your service reps and techs went beyond any expectations to get the job done. In record time I was back on the road. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thanks

Short wait...this time

The only problem I had was that the first time I came by, there was a 2-hour wait. So I had to wait until the next time I was in the area to get my oil changed. It is a 20-minute drive to Sil Terhar. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment for an oil change so I would know that service would take less than an hour.

Great service Friendly staff. Biggest problem is it's becoming too expensive For an oil change May have to consider other options.

Dan O'Bryan walked the walk!

Dan O'Bryan was excellent. He did everything he said he would do. Dan also arranged a ride from Summit County for me with another Sill-TerHar employee so I could pick up my new truck. Bobby in finance was also great. No complaints. I'm ordering another truck from Dan, a 2017 F-350 Diesel.
