Recall
I brought my 2013 C-MAX in for service due to two Ford re-call notices. I believe the car was there (Sil-Ter Har) by around 11 AM. I was told it would be an hour -- hour and a half, but due to a computer problem, the car was there for about 5 hours. It was a little disappointing.

My service order was completed quickly and efficiently; however, I was not able to pick up my 2015 Mazda 6 until closing time for the service department. Regardless, even though the service manager had already gone, he left my completed paperwork and keys in a convenient place where I had no problem at all picking up my car. That was great. Thank you.

2014 Ford Focus Recalls
Rick was extremely helpful and did look all the repairs to my car as per all the recalls. Wonderful that he got me a rental vehicle in the duration of all the recall repairs. Fantastic customer service.
