We didn't act fast enough on the first one we found at STH, but Ralph found us an even better truck and we are very happy with it. No high-pressure sales tactics or other slimy dealer conversations, just honest answers to my questions. I used Quicklane and service as always was very good. I have used Quicklane a number of times and I felt that it was little slow this time. I was third in line and so got in right after you opened, but it was almost 9 by the time I left.
