New brakes vibrating and squealing

Stephen was very helpful and my car was finished in an okay time frame. But I got new brakes and they are now squeaking and my car still shimmies/vibrates when I brake at a high speed. I will need to call them and have them check it out which is frustrating.

Great purchase of new Ford Escape

John Estrada was very helpful to me and my wife in our purchase of our new Ford Titanium Escape. Always factual and straightforward, he helped us make our decision clearly and freely without pressure. The result that we now have a vehicle with which we are delighted. (I am impressed with the thoughtfulness in its design.) I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends looking for a new or used vehicle

Very Positive Experience

After shopping for months for a new small SUV we finally found what we were looking for at Sill Terhar. Our salesperson was extremely helpful and did his best to make us happy with our choice and give us the options we wanted. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He went over the interior of the car and the MyFordTouch system with us before we left the dealership. He has let us know that we can call him with questions at any time regarding how things work. He was not pushy and very accommodating.I would strongly recommend Sill Terhar Motors and Jeff Callies.

Service

I loved the text that I received informing me of the status. However, when I was originally told that the car would "probably" be done by the close of work Tuesday to then have to call at the end of the day to find out if it was actually done or not was a bit frustrating...no problem with it not being done, just wanted the communication to be initiated by Ford and not me. The staff was very friendly and explained things well when we did connect and that is very much appreciated! On a side note, I would LOVE the option to have my car washed/vacuumed/interior wipe-down as part of the service...of course there would be an added cost, but it would be an awesome option to have!
