The Best

We have cars for our whole family from Sill-Tehar. Always excellent service and customer care. Angela Boese is the best.

Sill-Terhar servicing of our MKZ

Del Williams always makes sure that we get an MKZ as a loaner when we have our MKZ serviced. That familiarity helps us to be comfortable when we drive Sill-Terhar's car. We always appreciate the car wash that gets done when our car gets worked on. Also, the tire price matching is a good thing, which helped us to decide to go through Sill-Terhar for our new tires.

Owner

This was in regards to re-call on power steering on 2011 Ford Explorer Del Williams was very HELPFULL!! He checked the second re-call regarding door latches and said he would order the parts then call me when they came in which he did. Cameron was the one that set the appt. up but never told me the door latches had to be checked then the parts would be ordered so I was not impressed by Cameron at all!!!!! DEL WILLIAMS was EXCELLENT!!!!!

Great experience

I called Del on Monday morning without an appointment and he had me bring my car right in and had a loaner ready to go. The new texting for updates is key as I spend a good portion of my day in the phone and always miss dels call.

They are the best!

The Tiburon belongs to our granddaughter's boyfriend, (we always use Quick Lane for our vehicles and her car). They did say that Quick Lane was excellent to deal with, informative about the problem, and straight forward regarding the cost. I'd say that's pretty good!! Thanks, Elaine Klug

happy customer

Brakes had been repaired in May and an after market part broke.Every effort was made to get as much as possible covered under warranty. Kept cost down.
