Got everything that I wanted, The exact Explorer with all my options and the salesman, Brian Waldo, was great! He did everything in his power , to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend Brian and Bob Maxey Ford to everyone. It was a great experience !

2012 Fiesta Trans Repairs
I brought my Fiesta in for more transmission repairs following the Ford warranty letter. It runs great now and the loaner car really helped. The only thing I noticed (and it's minor) is that the "automatic up" feature on the driver's window is now disabled. It must have happened during reprogramming. You may want to tell the techs this when they do the transmission repairs and have them test the window up button (I know that fixing it involves the program as well). The staff is fantastic and I will buy my next car from there.

2014 Edge. Can't say enough about the staff and service at Bob Maxey. My sales consultant, Paul, was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted, fully explained Sync and My Ford Touch, and made the entire purchase/lease process very enjoyable. Finance representative, Rick, was very helpful and made sure we understood every step in the process. The used car staff worked with us to provide us the best trade in value. First oil change and tire rotation. Got app't time day before. Arrived on time. Nice greeting. Work completed quickly. Visited with salesman. Waited in waiting area. Clean restrooms. Coffee. Treated like I was a valued customer.
