Friendly employees

I returned remote keys that were left in my truck by someone at the dealership, per UPS to the dealership. The cost of returning them was to have been refunded as per Billy in the service department, but was not.

The reason I gave you a 4 was that I waited a very long time for my vehicle to be brought around to the front so I could leave.

Maxey Ford

service people were ready for our arrival and all works was performed correctly and to our satisfaction. We bought tires and they were priced below all competitors including Bell Tire. Waiting room could use some upgrading

Good, fast service

I have a 2012 Escape purchased with the aid of Jeff Moon. I have had all my service work done at Maxey/Krug even when the car had to be towed in. there are a lot of new guys in service so they dont know my name yet, bur they will I hope.

short wait

they had my car ready 1 hour before they said it would be. thank you. i was prepared to wait 4 hours and they even offered me a ride!

great service

It was great could not believe how fast the service was and we had no appointment great job we came in without an appointment as our tire pressure light was on--we had prompt attention and they filled the low tire and said to watch and if the light came on again come back in. we were there the next day and again no appointment and it was very busy. we were taken care of right away and they said they would take the tire off and check it--I thought we would be there for ever but 35 minutes later they were back and said the car was ready--they were very nice and had also checked all the fluid levels--no charge I was very impressed with the prompt attention and the neatness of all the help--you run a great service center. w

Friendly sales staff and great service

I purchased a 2014 Escape from Bob Maxey of Howell. The sales staff and finance manager went above and beyond to meet my vehicle needs and within my budget. I was introduced to The service department and am looking forward to getting my first oil change in their remodeled service area.

BEST Ford Dealership in the State! Come Here FIRST

I renewed my lease for a new 2015 Ford Explorer - Blue, with Sirius, navigation, cd player, heated seats, phone connection & recharge capabilities. Mike Peters was absolutely AWESOME! I feared I would have to find a new dealership when my dear friend Todd had a terrible accident which caused severe trauma to his brain. But a nice person told me about Mike who was Todd's friend and I have told him he can never retire or stay as long as I am alive. I think there are more features but just cannot recall.
