Professional and informative sales service

Our salesman Scott Pratt was very professional and knowledgable to work with. He kept us informed throughout the entire ordering process and delivery. I came in from out of state for the purchase. Made the purchase and additional service work go very smooth.

Ford ESCAPE

We were a GM family,but decided to go look at Fords. So when we got to Bob Maxey, we were put with Cheri Cash, her being new she called on Jeff Moon to help. He was great and most helpful to what we were looking for. That's when he told us about this Demo (escape)it was the color inside and out what we were looking for! We struck up a deal, and closed a deal...We are more than happy with our purchase. We are definitely happy with our new 2014 Ford Escape. Looking forward for years to come, driving this car. Purchase of 2014 Ford Focus

I had a very good expierience during the purchase of my 2014 Ford Focus. My initial contact with your dealership came after reveiwing your inventory on line and interaction with your internet sales associate, Rachelle Torres. Once I visited your dealership, Rachelle introduced me to Dennis Balla. Dennis was not pushey or overbearing and was able to find me a Focus with the exact options and color that my wife and I requested. When I took delivery of my new Focus, Dennis was also helpful in explaining the features and how to use them, including Sinc. This car has a big leap in technology from my 2000 Crown Vic. Based on my sales experience with your dealership, I would come back for future purchases and service. Thanks.

Great sales team and dealership

Salesman Brian Waldo and the entire staff at Bob Maxey Ford are the greatest. Everyone went over and above with arranging my 2015 Explorer lease. I hope to do future business at this dealership.

Quality customer service

Dennis was very patient, friendly and very helpful. I felt very confident in the car I chose after having him as my salesman. I purchased a ford focus SE, the car has been great and hasn't shown me any issues.
