Good people to deal with

I'm pleased with the way Dennis Balla handled this transaction. I had ordered the vehicle about six weeks prior to planned delivery. Ford built and shipped the vehicle sooner than I anticipated, so when the vehicle arrived at the dealership in early December, I wasn't ready to take delivery. Dennis assured me it wouldn't be a problem and we set delivery up for December 30th, when I wanted the vehicle. Dennis never bugged me, he handled my request as directed and we took delivery at the end of December as expected. Dennis is a pro and he is to be commended.

Great Service

My service tech was very pleasant and helpful. He showed me how to connect my cell phone to the car. When my service was complete they did a quick car wash, very much appreciated, this was the first time I received the car wash. What a nice finishing touch to the service experience.

Very helpful and friendly

I got the new 2015 Ford Escape. I was very pleased with all the extra time they gave me in helping me get into my new truck. I love it. Thanks Tina and Bob you guys are the best.

I am completely happy with my ford fusion and when I hear some one say they are going to buy a new car I tell them to go to Maxey Ford. Great people to buy from and super deals

This is the third vehicle from your dealership. I pass several other dealers driving from canton the sales and service are dialed in and Jeff and Rick are great to work with. I will always buy and recommend your store to everybody.

Terrific Employees and a free car wash!

We purchased Our Focus from Tina Socha when the dealership first opened. She is a wonderful salesperson and extremely knowledgeable about every model I ask about. She was friendly and concerned about our needs every step of the sale. She continues to be our contact person at the dealership. We just had our Focus in for a routine oil change. The mechanics are always the best. While my husband was waiting for the car he asked Tina questions about an F-150. He has had one for five years and considering a new one. They also drooled over the new Mustang!!! Kathy Poma
