Oil change

My only small problem was the amount of time it took, oil change and fuel filter 3 1/2 hrs.? on a good not they did find i needed to replace the air filter thanks Mike

Ford Focus 2014

The staff was great and I was told the wait time would be 30-45 minutes and it was done in about 30 minutes...excellent! Very happy.

Fantastic!!!

Amazing service as always! Special shout out to Tony in the service department. He is always such a great help. Very professional. And does a great job getting my F150 taken care of. I am moving to Ann Arbor, but will countinue to come back to Howell for service for my truck because of the great experience I have had due to all the staff, and Tony. Priya Clifton

I made appointment for service and Recall. Work was done extremely fast and friendly. My wife was so surprised that I was home so quickly. Great job! Thank you all very much.

Great service and quick.

I made an appointment to get my 15K mile maintenance and oil change. The moment I pulled up to the service entrance and honked it opened up. I was greeted immediately and went to the waiting room. I was only there for a short time and the manager came to let me know the car was ready. They even washed the car which I really liked. Everything was great except when I inquired about having a remote starter installed I was quoted a price of over $400 so needless to say I skipped that. Too bad you don't offer some kind of a discount.

Ford Escape

Took my 2013 Ford Escape (which I love!!) in for some recall issues. I had a couple of small things that needed attention too. Everyone in the service department were very friendly & helpful. My vehicle had to spend the night, so they supplied me with a loaner car, a Ford Fusion, very nice car too!! I was extremely happy with the service provided!
