Repair service

I had a service issue with my Mountainer and your service team from write up, mechanic and service management made sure that my car was service correctly and on time. I also observed that all customers in service area where handle in the same manner I was which illustrates to me what a professional service team works at your dealership.

With out an appointment I was able to get in and out quickly. I was surprised when I went out to the parking lot. I was looking for my dirty car and it was cleaned. Thank you so much.

Leased a Ford Explorer. Jenny is a great salesperson for your company. She is kind, honest, and not pushy! I really appreciate that! I will use her and refer her to my friends and family! When it comes to your Service Department......Dan R. and Tony A. are the best in the business. The main reason I left Chrysler products and went to Ford is because of Dan & Tony. Their customer service is over the top great! I never feel like I am bothering them if I have a question or concern.
