Great service even in the middle of consruction.

Had shrapnel in my tire. I was leaving town that day. Service repaired the tire promptly. No problems with the tire since.

Tires and oil change

I needed tires and I think you gave me a good deal. You compared prices with Discount Tire and Belle Tire and your price was great. The service was good on also, the oil change. It was good to get a loaner. Thank you for your great service.

Great Service Department

I brought my 2013 Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation, also for some recalls that were needed. Billy in service was very helpful. As I am a widow and only own one vehicle, Billy made sure that I had a loaner car for the day the recalls were performed on my vehicle so that I could still get to work. Bob Maxey has always been outstanding in sells and service with me!

Lease car

Service was done well, very pricey though. $39.00 to rotate tire, a bit much. Thankfully we had some bonus points. Oil change was also a little rich. This also was for your lease car.

Great Service

You service was outstanding on this visit. My only concern is that I was told when I picked up my vehicle that I had 50% of my tire life left. One week later I received an e-mail saying I needed new tires.

the staff ever!

I purchased a previuosly owned vehicle from Mike Peters at Bob Maxey Ford in Howell. It's been a year since my purchase. I just took it in for routine maimtenance and the service dept. did a great job and were fast! They even did some extra repair and didn't charge me! My car was washed and running like new! Oil change service

Service rep reminded me of a credit due to me on my account to help offset the service bill. Also reset a low tire warning light that was bugging me for weeks. Finally they washed the vehicle ( a Ford F-350 ) before turning over the keys. Great service experience, Thank you
