Great Service on my 2010 Ford Escape

I needed a new battery and an oil change on Saturday. I had no problem getting my car in and they even said that the computer showed that I had 2 recalls on my car that I had made an appointment with at Village Ford back in August and was told I could not get an appointment until November. They did a great job and even washed my car. It is a 2010 ford escape.

Excellent Customer Service

My husband and I purchased a 2012 Pre-Certified Ford Escape Limited. We had set up a test drive a few days prior and when we arrived to the dealership the day of we were assisted immediately. We decided to purchase the vehicle that day. It was a Friday, close to the end of their business hours, but the entire team stayed and had us in our new vehicle quickly. Overall, it was a great experience!

Friendly staff....no pressure.

Very friendly....no pressure. Everything was handled in a timely way and the vehicle was delivered to my home which was a huge time saver. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
