Drove from Tyler TX to Richardson TX for a great deal and even better buying experience. Being a former Internet Sales Mgr at a Ford Dealership I can honestly say I have never had a straight up better experience than I did today. Chris the internet director was in constant communications with me from the time I called to verify if car was still there until I drove in the dealership. Addison was the sales person sent us a walk around video of the car and Tony Miketinac the Pre Owned Director took us under their wing and made us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Great price on the 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with only 7k miles with parchment interior (which is hard to find) and a good and fair price for our trade in. Tony, “THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU” for such a wonderful transition and awesome experience for us. They even beat our Credit Union rates which I didn’t think anyone could.

xxx is going on?

xxx, I had my vehicle towed there due to the fact that it wasn’t running. 2 days later they were able to tell me what was wrong. Perfectly fine. I agreed to the repair. about an hour later I got a call from Roy stating that the radiator needed to be replaced, I told him that I couldn’t afford it at the time. He called me about 15 minutes later to tell me that he really wanted to replace it and knocked $400 off of the price, still overpriced but I agreed. The reapairs were done and all was good. While there he told me that the bearings needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate ...... no thanks. Well yesterday when I was doing the repairs that needed to be done I found out that one of my lug nuts was missing and it just so happened to be the locking one otherwise I wouldn’t care. I went back in to ask Roy whether they possibly misplaced it. At first he admitted that the wheel was taken off, but then recanted and told me that they could tell with the wheel on, so why would they only put four lug nuts back on? That’s my question, but I accepted it and started to walk out, Roy looks at me and pulls his mask down and asked me angrily what i expected him to do????? I would have appreciated it if he could have atleast asked the tech that worked on my truck to look and see if he found it, but clearly too much to ask. So, needless to say I will not be going back to them for service, and when it’s time for a new truck I will probably have to go somewhere else considering the high pressure in the service department probably runs into the sales. Roy is an xxx, please send me the survey that he wanted me to rate him so higly on so I can give an honest rating of his service.

New Rubicon! Great experience.

Ruben was great, and the deal was even better. They kept their word about wanting to close a deal that day. The financing process was super fast and low pressure.
