It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The guys that worked with me Brian Collier, Armando Mendoza, Chris the finance guy and my sales manager whom I can’t forget to mention but fail to recall his name. To sum it all up, they were all very professional and even though they were busy, I felt like I was always important and taken care of. A complete VIP experience. I would say that I am a lifetime customer. I can go on and on but you get my points.

Purchasing Ram 2020 Lonestar
Excellent customer service. We have not purchased a truck in a long time. We had many questions. Adam answered every question and then some. He is a good teacher as well as salesman. We needed help with the technology. He was patient and helped us learn the systems. Adam was mindful of what we were wanting to purchase. We feel like we got the best deal. He listens to the customer . He pays attention to detail. When we picked up the truck he had it set on my favorite radio station. In the future if my family buys another car or truck we will ask for Adam. Buying a car can be a stressful process. Adam made it easy!!!

Highly disappointed in their service. I was promised...
Highly disappointed in their service. I was promised several things, but after the sell went through, I couldn’t get a hold of my sells person Armando despite several attempts. Never got the promised part for my car or extra key. Would not recommend this dealership.

Christina Jaciuk came to my rescue
I had an accident in my 2010 Jeep Wrangler in December 2019 just before the holidays. Obviously a bad time to go through the ordeal regarding timing of repairs. I will tell you Christina Jaciuk in the service dept. is GREAT! She made sure my mechanical repairs were done timely and correctly and navigated my body repairs after the mechanics were completed. Dependable and trustworthy. I recommend these guys and gals to everyone.

Mislead / price changing
They do not honor there advertised price. Tony refused to match what they had advertised on car guru, true car, Facebook or the price quote from usaa. I did purchase the vehicle 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, very unsatisfied with them not honoring there prices. I only purchases do to not wanting to shop around during the covid 19. If it was not for that I would have purchased else where. Buyer beware they do not honor what the advertise very crooked dealership. The sales person even quoted me the price on the phone before I went up there.....

Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram
I live in San Antonio and reached out to Tony Miketinac at the dealership to see what kind of deal I could get for a new truck. He walked me through the inventory listing, literally showed me the available vehicles via Facetime and allowed me to choose the truck I was looking for in a matter of 30 minutes. The process was the simplest purchase I've ever made. The financing was handled within the same timeframe but I was worried about getting up there to pick up the truck. No problem...Rob Richardson drove the truck from Richardson to SA (5 hour drive) the next day and spent an hour showing me the bells and whistles. Then he drove my trade-in truck back to Richardson that night, Quite simply, this was BY FAR the best experience I've ever had buying a truck...actually the best experience I've ever had buying anything. These guys are true professionals!
