Same with Highlander. Recommended reseal (3000.00). Which was not needed. This dealer has bad reputation for that. Never had such problems with Hazelwood Toyota at Bremerton WA

No problems, everything went well. I’m glad there was no mention of any problems with my automobile. I received my auto earlier today than expected which is a big plus.

We have used this location for several years now and they have given us consistently excellent service. To make it even nicer, the waiting room is the best I have ever experienced, it has luxurious seating, each seat has an AC power outlet and a USB port so you can charge your devices. There is also a seating area with stools if you prefer to sit in tall seats (with AC power and USB charging ports as well. In addition there is a TV viewing area with three large screen TV sets. There is a semi-enclosed area to contain children as well as drinks and snacks if you get there earlier in the day. They offer a complementary car wash with each service and the area where you drop off and pick up your car is completely enclosed so you are always comfortable. Overall it's an excellent service experience.

They were able to check my car and have it ready in less than 20 minutes. I will return when I need service in the future.

We could not find the Prius Prime we wanted, they had one and we bought it over the phone and they delivered it next morning.

Jordan Casias was awesome as always! She got me in without an appointment and was amazing! They fixed my issues and got me out of there quickly.

Arrived at scheduled time, was taken right away. Service staff explained everything they were going to do. They provided a loaner. They contacted me when they found my vehicle needed additional repairs and gave me the choice of having it done. Staff was very professional and friendly.

For several years, I have continued visits for my maintenance and repair, as scheduled and when needed. I have received good customer service from service advisor, Mel Rosas.
