My only suggestion for improvement is to keep your website up to date every day so that it accurately depicts what is in stock. Also, prices online do not match the prices on the ground - you can safely expect to add $10k to whatever the website tells you.

At the time I made my appointment as well as when I...

At the time I made my appointment as well as when I checked in for an oil change I specifically stated I did not want my tires rotated. Unfortunately after we left the dealership we saw a charge for rotating the tires. This is the 2nd time this has happened. A message was left for the service manager but I have received no reply. Apparently this dealership doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

Comfortable and quick

All employees that I interacted with were clear and respectful. The waiting room was comfortable. They were busy, but I waited less time than expected.

I had an oil change and there was a recall for a fuel...

I had an oil change and there was a recall for a fuel pump. That was done on Friday it is mow Sunday and my car, garage and entire house smells like gasoline. I will bring it back in on Monday to see if anything can be done. I cannot handle the smell. Thank you!

Scheduled appointment to replace battery. Battery was replaced but constant 12v was NOT supplied, lost all electronic settings clock etc. I could have gone to O'Reily and done the job myself with the same result.
