DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL!!! The whole process began at 10 a.m. with Eddie Reyna, which he never returned our call. When we called back we were transferred between John Brummett, Marvis Aragon, and Hiram Herrera. Neither one of these individuals provided any sense of wanting to work with us. Especially John, who was condescending and unwilling to work with us. John told us that he didn't have time for us because they were too busy and were working with people who were ready to purchase a vehicle. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that day from Toyota Santa Fe. We will NEVER give this dealership (Larry H. Miller American Toyota Albuquerque) an opportunity to earn our business.

Thank you to service adviser, Mel Rosas, and assigned service mechanic(s) to my vehicle. They do an outstanding job in maintaining my vehicle, currently 23 years old, and close to 238K miles. On the facilities, the hot water was out-of-service when I came in.

In the past we received service within a couple of hours...
In the past we received service within a couple of hours for an oil change on our 2015 Highlander. However, for our last two services we have dropped our car off around 9:30 and have not been able to pick up our car until late in the afternoon. It appears service appointments are being overbooked.

My visit was horrible! My service advisor Jordan was horrible and rude. She wasn’t only rude to me. I saw her yelling at an elderly female customer. Utterly unprofessional!!! You guys need to fix her before she runs off more business.

JUST Horrible Was impossible to get any info. Was lied to about my payment date. My pick up date for the truck was moved out to almost a month after signed my paper work. Was told my paper is not filed till i pick up truck an payment would be pushed. LIE! I picked up my truck on nov 30th an got no paper work or any walk threw of anything. Was just handed keys..Had no clue who i was Financed threw. Just was told it was a credit union... had to call 6 different banks until 1 had my info... an come to find out even tho i did not get my truck until nov 30th my payment is due on dec 15.. after calling an texting for over a week to just get my contract emailed to me. Stuff i had signed was different. This is the worst Experience i have ever had. An will never buy anything from your dealership again an will be leaving this review to hopefully warn others of how awful you treat your customers

Although as usual they were friendly and the service was done efficiently it was a factory recall I do not have a problem with the service but there was another incident which should not of happened and what really bothers me is the attitude they took

I took my toyota tacoma for 24 month service and fuel pump recall and Luis Alvarez and everyone at the dealship was great as always. I always have a great experience when going to american toyota on alameda.

The service department seems to be steadily declining....
The service department seems to be steadily declining. The last several times they have made a mistake on my truck each time. This time no mistake, but 3 hours for an oil change! Used to take an hour if you had an appointment, more recently 1.5 to 2 hours. This time 3 hours, no explanation, no apology. At 2.5 hours they were "topping fluids and airing the tires". Going to start checking other options I think.

I understand that things happen. I don't understand why it took twice as long as normal, and I was not contacted while I sat there waiting, and even after 2.5 hours when I called and asked what was going on, I was given no explanation, no apology. And I was told next time was likely to be the same. Why? For years it was done in less than two hours. I made an appointment plenty of time in advance, expecting that time would be reserved for my vehicle, so I would not have to wait overlong, and could make other appointments in the day. Perhaps the employees are being overbooked?
