I purchased a Toyota 4Runner on October 10th and picked it up on October 20th. The finance manager, Kevin Ortiz told me he would get the contract to me when I picked it up. He was unavailable so I left a message for him to call me back on October 21st. I never received a call back and still have not received my contract. The salesman Ryan Vigil, was friendly and easy to deal with. I felt no pressure whatsoever . He texted me every few days to let me know the car was on its way. I would highly recommend Ryan Vigil in sales.
