Workmanship was great, but the time it took was much longer than expected. People were nice, but work estimates were a little high. Oh well.

As soon as I got my truck in they got right to work on...

As soon as I got my truck in they got right to work on it. While I thought I knew what was wrong with it they went ahead and checked several things to make sure we agreed on what the problem was. I was already aware of what it would cost to fix. I was kept in the loop through text notifications on my truck was done the very next day. Because it was a big job they gave me a discount on the labor and the battery we didn’t anticipate having to buy and we ended up paying less than we Thought we would have to going in. For specific work like that on my Toyota I would definitely use them again.

Routine oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check. Easy to schedule and checkin. Dealer also has status app while auto in shop. Andrew was good to work with. Completely satisfied with service department.

After the last ToyotaCare Service, dealer falsely...

After the last ToyotaCare Service, dealer falsely reported that there were no pending safety report against my Toyota Sequoia. This issue was reported to Toyota Corporation and NHTSA.

The service department and my service advisor identified a necessary repair that was still 100% covered under my warranty and provided a loaner vehicle to me! I am beyond delighted!

Service deptaetment is usually good. However the service...

Service deptaetment is usually good. However the service writers have horrible customer service. Went in today, 10-19 for an appointment made on 10-13. Needed an emissions test done. Was told by Luis the machine went down sometime last week. If it was before I made my appointment, why wasn’t I told about it? If it was after I made my appointment why wasn’t I called? I was even there on 10-17 for a recall on a different vehicle. When I confirmed the appointment for today with Luis and if the machine was still down, why didn’t he say anything? I have had nothing but problems with this Toyota dealership from buying vehicles, to getting them serviced. The only department that does a good job is the parts department. Also the only thing Luis could say was well you can go talk to the service manager. No customer service skills at all. Sad when you have to take your vehicle to the dealer and they really do not care.
