Again, excellent service. I worked with Luis Alvarez who was very polite/knowledgeable. Service was provided in a timely manner. Was provided with a loaner which was very helpful!

Good overall but should let customer know progress or lack thereof on service, especially when waiting at dealership. Came for battery change-took almost three hours!

Very unsatisfied!!!!! Worse service from a car dealership...

Very unsatisfied!!!!! Worse service from a car dealership I’ve ever experienced. I bought I brand new2020 Camry from this dealership and I’ve had to bring it in multiple times in a month for the same issue. I would not recommend coming here because the service center is not helpful at all. Do not recommend. My vehicle has 5000 mines and has issues that the service department will not address. I suggest going to another dealership if you are looking for a new car.

Richard was a very polite young man. It was busy the day I came in to pick up. As I was waiting for my truck talking to another customer with a dog, they were so backed up Richard went and got my truck for me. I have never had service like this anywhere. You are very fortunate to have such an inspiring employee.

I have been taking my Toyota to LHM since I bought it....

I have been taking my Toyota to LHM since I bought it. They have always been honest and helpful. Including this visit. There Covid-19 precautions are excellent. And I will return in 5K miles. Thank you to the service techs for taking such good care of my Highlander.

Service was good with the exception of resetting the...

Service was good with the exception of resetting the service needed on the display didn’t notice until I stopped and started the vehicle so had to make a trip back the service rep who reset the display and she showed me how to do it myself. Just feel that is part of the service that the technician should have taken care of.

I got a billed $404 for on hours work. I got juiced. This was Monday. I called on Tuesday to speak to a service manager. I was told that They were busy but would return my call. I’m still waiting.

Brought the truck in for service and recall. For the...

Brought the truck in for service and recall. For the recall they had to drop the gas tank. When I got the truck back the gas gauge was not registering any gas in the tank(although i know i had gas). After putting gas in the tank and no change in the gas sensor the advisor took the truck back and they redropped the tank and fixed the gas sensor and re installed the tank. The dealer gave me a card for a tank of gas

You could fix it correctly the first time. People are friendly and courteous but I do not have faith in the quality of work.
