Took truck in for oil change. Oil is leaking on the driveway after oil change. Not happy that I will have to return for rework.

Service advisor didn’t do what he said he would. Extended warranty doesn’t cover a major leak. Very disappointed with service department and crappy warranty that was supposed to cover everything except for moving parts.

American Toyota has a great service department. I am always very pleased and satisfied with their customer service. Keep in mind that the service time may be longer than usual due to Covid.

Usually excellent. 2 problems. Service forgot to put on new wiperblades. Hood not fully latched, had to stop on hwy to latch. It was bouncing.

Do not trust this dealership! They agree to a certain price then when you go to pay they change it. They are not honest! Admitted they did me wrong but would not offer any compensation or try to make it right. They do not value their customers!

Though they usually do a good job on routine maintenance...

Though they usually do a good job on routine maintenance for my car, the last time I went (August 12,2020) they put my car under another name and could not locate it for a while. I was there over two and half hours waiting. Luis was very courteous and found the car (I would hope so!) and did not charge for labor on putting in a filter. However, I feel I could have been sitting there all day if I had not questioned the delay. I feel nervous about the next time.
