9 days in dealership for warrant work on a gas flap. Vehicle wasn’t even washed during 9 days of loss-of-use for me.

Tire sensors

I have bought 3 different vehicles here, each one was and is a great vehicle. I only use this site to do my preventive maintenance and repairs. This last visit was not what normally happens. When my husband asked which sensors were repaired he was told they could not tell him. Just when the next one goes out it will notify us. Seriously, every pm is done by this dealership, and it just so happens our sensors (3 out of 5) went out after the last pm. After they rotated the tires...makes me wonder about the coincidences. BTW, next vehicle will be a Toyota, but we might just purchase it elsewhere.

Made appointment for oil change service on my tundra...

Made appointment for oil change service on my tundra ,dropped off vehicle at 07:15 and waited over 4 hours for my vehicle. Was never informed by anyone about the why it took so long for a simple oil change. My vehicle has always been serviced at this location but this time was Unacceptable . Total let down!

I scheduled an appointment for maintenance and to have lug nuts replaced. I was told they had no lug nuts in stock and I would get a call when they are available. No call yet. No courtesy shuttle. Reevaluating my service options

This was my first time buying a vehicle and they took...

This was my first time buying a vehicle and they took advantage of my inexperience. I tried to read my contract thoroughly, but they literally lied about numbers and questions that I had just to get me to sign. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership specially if you aren’t experienced in buying cars. My experience at this dealership is a representation of poor costumer service that is engrained into they’re pushy salesmen.
