Been coming here for years, awful this time. Set...

Been coming here for years, awful this time. Set appointment up 4 days in advanced, showed up early, two hours later told my oil change would take 4 hours and zero communication or effort made by advisor to reschedule or apologize. Left with only two hours of pto time wasted.

Everything went well. Got there early but Mariah was happy to process my service request quickly. Had to wait a bit longer than normal but I had my book so all was well.

I’ve usually had great experiences with my service appointments. Did not expect a simple oil change to take 2 hours. None of my previous appointments have ever taken this long.

Service area sucks. They are using limited staff and not...

Service area sucks. They are using limited staff and not reducing service scheduling. I had to wait 4 hours just to get an oil change. When I asked how much longer they would be, after waiting 3 hours. The service person they assigned, acted like I was bothering her and was very rude when telling me it was going to be a while longer and when telling it was finished. I would not recommend anyone go to them for any of your needs.

Clay S, floor manager

Clay is the biggest scam artist ever, trying to add 10K to the 2021 toyota trd pro tundra! what a joke he is tried to bs me. Figures dont lie and, liars"CLAY S" make figures like Clay tried on me, and he is a MANAGER! please, the Abq toyota on Eubank out sold his lying self, they all laughed at the Eubank Toyota dealership once I told him the BS he tried to offer me, Eubank gave me MSRP of the pro and all kinds of credits, tint, tire swap, and didnt try to lie to me and add 10K to their tundras!!

Great service. Made an appointment, took an hour to get diagnosed and get rental. It was repaired next day.. Got keys dropped off car and everything was easy!

Fewer appointments should have been made for service....

Fewer appointments should have been made for service. Uber ride was a plus. 2-4 hours for oil change is way too long. I had much better service on previous visits.
