Great Service

Efficient, professional, great customer service, Covid-19 precautions well taken. Pricy but worth it. I feel confident my vehicle is up to date. Clean environment.

Check engine light

I took my 2001 Toyota forerunner into the service department, the issue involving the vehicle was a check engine light, it has not been resolved yet, but I am confident that it will be next week thank you

I was highly satisfied with the professional service I received. My cars service was completed in a timely manner and was very thorough. Adrian even made sure that my airbags were upgraded due to a recall in which I was unaware of. I am very grateful for the caring staff.

Maintenance Service

First time at this dealer and was unsure of the service department and customer service. Was immediately greeted upon arrival and was briefed through the service of my car on the wait and if additional service was required. In addition, the parts department was helpful and courteous. Due to the service I was provided overall I am so glad that I purchased a Toyota.

This dealership is wonderful. The employees are courteous and professional. I have had a great experience with my service needs. The customer service lounge is amazing and the service is top notch. I highly recommend this dealership for service. All of my issues were covered under warranty and they even repaired my tire free of charge. This is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I will even consider purchasing my next vehicle from Larry H. Miller American Toyota. They rock!!

Even in the middle of this pandemic craziness your service department is still top notch as always. I didn’t feel uncomfortable because waiting area was adhering to social distancing guidelines. The work on my vehicle was quick and efficient as always.
