My salesperson was helpful, informative and respectful. He answered my questions, demonstrated how to use the navigation and audio system, and was easy to work with. The finance person was also professional and reassuring. I highly recommend American Toyota.

Good Service
Came in to replace dead battery. Was able to have service performed on my 4-Runner at the same time with out an appointment. My service manager was helpful

Told the service man my air conditioning is not working,...
Told the service man my air conditioning is not working, just getting hot air. He told me that it would be $195.00 to run the test, but he would then put it toward the bill if they repair it. So after on hour he comes out and said, that I had a leak and I must of repaired it, because it was not leaking any longer, but I need freon and it would take 2 hours. So I waited. When he said, your car is done. $600.00 ?? What???? For 2 cans of freon? $195.00 for the test + $199.00 for labor + $200.00 for the freon????? Paid and left

Upselling like crazy
Tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I don't think the technician even looked or he would have seen that what he was trying to sell had very recently been done.
