Went in without an appointment.
Damiano Vassaw was very helpful. I needed a new aux battery and mentioned that had ignored a service notification. He said that they could do it then as well as the battery. He then explained all that had been done in the service. All this on the spur of the moment.

Good Experience
I was able to purchase a truck for a good price! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Did have to negotiate a few times, but ultimately got a good deal.

I felt awkward after I exited my truck in the garage...
I felt awkward after I exited my truck in the garage area. Nobody initiated anything with me after I filled out the clipboard document. I didn't know what to do. Normally at other dealerships I've been to, I speak directly with a service advisor. I had to ask some random employee about what is next after I walked in through the glass door. I got the feeling that I was interrupting him and felt like a burden. I wanted to speak with a service advisor about something specific with my truck. Then, when I picked up my truck, someone pulled it in to the garage and just left it there while I was in the waiting area. I eventually saw it there, but I wasn't told I could just hop in and drive away. An unpleasant and impersonal experience overall.
