Please people DO NOT buy from these people. They are liars. Make deal on the phone then reneg on that deal.Say they will give you a gas card to come there. nope never received that either. Then they play games with the financing tell you your credit is not good when I knew before I went it was very good.Hope they go out of business.

Really happy
Rich Shinnick was really patient and friendly. We didn't know what we wanted in small SUV. Rich listened intently and showed us more options than we thought we had. We purchased the a Cherokee that did not require us to sacrifice on options or price. A painless shopping experience and I recommend anyone searching for the right Jeep to go to the Heritage dealership in Owings Mills.
