I recently had the pleasure of buying a Jeep at Heritage. I worked with Rich Shinnick and his support was the best! I was not considering Jeep at the time, but Rich was sincere, motivated and just provided great information. He answered every question and had excellent follow-up. Rich also has great patience. His sales approach is to just treat folks right! I also had the pleasure to meet and work with Jeff Webber. He took the time and effort to locate a vehicle that would work for me and that I was comfortable with. Jeff also supported us with trade vehicle. He made me feel that they appreciated my business and it showed throughout the entire process. We had purchased vehicle some years prior from Heritage and it was great to know they are the same supportive group that they were years ago. I also had the opportunity to work with Tony Hart in the process and he is another great person who cares a bunch about the Heritage customer. He explained in detail every option and type of warranty available. He too answered all my questions (and I had many). I remembered Tony well from when we bought vehicle from Heritage some years ago. He is in different role now from when we bought car from him in the past, but he is still same strong resource and good guy. It was great to see him and I was thrilled to know that he was still with Heritage. What I see is a great team working together to help the customer. These guys get it done and make a difference. I would recommend Rich Shinnick and Jeff Webber and Tony Hart (and Heritage) to friends, family and anybody looking for a vehicle. It's an easy recommendation and no these guys are not my cousins or relatives! They are professionals making the car buying process enjoyable. Thanks to all of them.
