it was good great customer service, comforting, but i was told my car i was buying had 4wheel drive so even better and part of my reason for purchasing one to find out a month later i bought it when it snowed i then realized i did not have 4wheel drive, but other than that i have no problems with my car and theyre guinune great people to help you look for a car.

JTL.was very helpful in finding me the van I wanted . At a reasonable price . And we're very quick to attend making a quick repair that needed to be done. I would and have sent people to go visit their cars dealerships to see for themselves.

I had a very smooth and quick experience with purchasing my car from JTL. AJ was very helpful, the pictures on the website were detailed and reflective of the car, so when I went to see the car for the first time I waled out within an hour having purchased it. They took care of all the paperwork and all I had to do was pick up the car a few days later.

2nd car I bought from them and I loved both. First one was totaled in an accident but was in perfect condition beforehand. Came back and they had me in a car I loved 2 days after I stopped by to look! They make you feel like family and do everything they can to make sure you're happy. Definitely will be back when the rest of my family need to purchase new cars!

Yes my experience withJTL was surprising because I didn't feel pressured or harassed .Richard and Carmine were courteous and very kind.And the owners were professional and very informative with the vehicle I chose and about the warranty.Ive dealt with many car sale but JTL surpasses all.I will reccomend JTL to all.
