Great service, but some delays
Overall amazing experience but a bit too delayed when waiting for business manager to complete financing paperwork. Didn't have anything to do with Drew, I think it was a staffing issue. Drew was great.

it was fine
the experience was time consuming but fine overall. This was the second time that I leased a car from this dealership. I am not happy about the return cost at the end

Quick and easy
Straight to the point, found what I wanted(in PA). No haggles, no bologna. Paul(Hui?) was easy to work with, Lot is a little cramped though.

Helpful Sales Staff
With just a few minor problems which were quickly corrected, I was very pleased with the service offered by the staff. I would like to see the paperwork process be quicker, but I'm sure this procedure happens with all/most dealerships. I have dealt with this dealership for many years and am quite comfortable with their services and sales staff personnel.

Good cars...Good people...and Good prices
This is my second experience with Fitzgerald Auto Mall. The first with purchasing a SUV for my daughter and when I needed a vehicle I thought Fitzgerald first! The showroom is clean, large and functional. The car lot is large with many different types of vehicles to choose from and if not there, the sales people work hard to locate one in the short term. The staff was friendly and professional without any hint of pressure to seal the deal. The whole deal was directed by the me (the buyer) and it meant a lot for me to exercise control over a major purchase.
