Tustin Infinity ....................... 2015 QX60
First time using the dealership. Pleasantly surprised at how easy and accomadating the service reps were. I was Impressed with Ashely who was new to the dealership but was so helpful with her input to my issues. Also had the pleasure to meet Gennesis Sanchez who went above and beyod his regular duties to help me understand some of the cars technology traits and his demeanor was more like a friend than a servie rep just taking care of a customer. I will be returning for service on my car. Ken

Service was excellent. Estimated time to complete the job was very close the actual time which was good since I was waiting for the car.

Watch out for the finance department
I purchased an Infiniti QX50 in December 2015. The salesman was friendly and polite, we agreed on a purchase price and I was sent to the finance department to finalize the transaction. Once in the finance department, after a wait of an hour or more, I was ushered into the finance manager's office to begin the paperwork, he was very aggressive in trying to sell add on products. The one product I was interested in was the pre-paid maintenance agreement. The manager could not get the details of the coverage straight and I ended up explaining to him what was really covered. The contract included this maintenance program. I later cancelled this program within the time limit provided in the contract without penalty. I took four months after cancellation to get a partial refund and now six months after cancellation I am still waiting for the balance of my refund. I have left numerous voice and email messages with the finance manager and all I get is a promise which has never happened. The General Manager, Arnold Lal, has not once answered his telephone, returned a voice message or answered an email. Why would anybody do business with a company like this - NOT ME. And I buy a new car every three years.

Excellent service at AutovNation/ Tustin Infiniti
Purchased a certified preowned JX 35. The process is simple and there was no pressure. Had a small scratch on the front grill and they without question offered to repair it/replace it with no questions asked. Would would highly recommend purchasing a car here as well as having service here.

Also, they were able to located the exact vehicle, located elsewhere in the country, and had it delivered the next day.
