Excellent Customer Service

I brought my car in for a voluntary recall repair and could not have been happier with the service and care I received. Gennesis was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. He really went above and beyond to make sure that not only the recall was fixed, but also checked my car for any other service or repairs it may need. My car was done in a timely manner and I was on my way in no time. If you need service on your Infiniti, make sure you ask for Gennesis!

A Wonderful Experience

I have never had a negative experience at this Infiniti location in terms of purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Everyone is calm, patient and informed. They act like a true team and everyone helps out and pitches in to make your experience as friendly and efficient as it can be. When I am ready to purchase a new car, I will definitely return to this location and attempt to make my purchase.

Service at Auto Nation Infiniti Tustin

Steve Sears is without a doubt one of the best service advisors I have ever had. I have been with Fletcher Jones for years and years and have a service advisor there. However if they were as knowledgeable and helpful as Mr. Sears, there service department would run much better. I was never really aware of how special the infiniti was and is until he explained in detail and showed me how to use all the electronic instrumentation and promptly being ahead of schedule on a major service as he was. Thank you

Mrs. Julia F. Boynton

I sense a real difference in the service department since I bought my first Infiniti at your dealership in 2000 and my second in 2012. Back then in the Service Dept. there was Tom and others, then followed by Melissa. All gone now. My experience with the current service dept. is that all service folks are new and no one knows my name...and the service is not proactive,.. just what you call to have done on a given day. I sense the morale of this dealership has gone downhill, based on who is now gone and the overall experience of the service. I have been a committed Infiniti buyer for over a decade with this dealership, but I have strong doubts that I will choose to buy another car from Infiniti Tustin at this point. Julia Boynton

Great, Above and Beyond Service

After owning many different automotive brands, we wanted to give Infiniti a try. We built/ designed the vehicle online and worked with Jordan Taulau via phone calls to locate the exact QX50 we wanted. When we arrived at AutoNation Infiniti, we were happily greeted by Jordan. He went above and beyond to make our car buying/ leasing process go very smoothly. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the car, he was also very friendly and patient with us. The finance associate, John was also extremely nice as he was able to get through the financing of the lease with ease. I would definitely recommend Jordan and this location to anybody that is in the market for an Infiniti. Thank you again to Jordan Taulau and John for providing us with such excellent customer service and a great vehicle, we couldn't be happier! Jordan has also continued to go above and beyond just the purchase of the vehicle. He has continued to help with the "installation" of some of the extras that we added at the time of purchase/ lease. Jordan's help in coordinating with Jim in the Service Department to have the Perma Plate applied (Appearance Package), and the roof rack crossbars and cargo cover installed was exceptional. Jim serviced the car as quickly as possible and called to confirm completion before the estimated time that we were quoted. GREAT SERVICE all around at Tustin Infiniti.
