Wonderful experience.

So far it's been great, there are a couple little details like placing the license plate frame and a paint-chip repair.that need to be taken care of... The service advisers are a bit uninformed how the vehicles electronics work. Other than that it's very good.

Great Salesperson and welcoming Dealership

My salesperson, Gilbert Navarro, was a pleasant to deal with. He found me the Infiniti I am looking for at the price I had budgeted for and the exterior color i wanted. I recommend this dealership if you are in the market for an INFINITI.

Great service!

I came to the AutoNation Infiniti dealership just intending the browse. We were immediately greeted by Jordan Taulau, who was very friendly and after learning what I was looking for in a new car, suggested the QX50 or 70, explaining their differences and letting me look around without making me feel pressured or hovered over. The dealership was clean and well stocked with beverages and drinks for customers. I would highly recommend this dealership and would definitely come back in the future!

2015 Infiniti Q50S Lease

I recently leased a 2015 Infiniti Q50 Sport. I worked with Tom Nihan, with internet Sales. I had one of the most stress free cat buying experiences I have had. Tom is extremely knowledge about the Infiniti line and found the right car for what I was looking for. I absolutely love the vehicle, the technology and driving aids is amazing. It far exceeds a BMW, Lexus or Mercedes. I am sold on infiniti.

Nothing to wow. Unlike other luxury OEM's.

Likes and why - Gil, salesman. He made it simple and to the point. I knew what my budget was and no reason for difficult or unreasonable negotiations were necessary. Dislikes - No matter how black and white finance is, you don't write an email to your new customer DEMANDING THAT IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR DIRECTIONS, AFTER A CERTAIN NUMBER OF FAILED ATTEMPTS IN CONTACT, IT IS FACT THAT IT IS RUDE TO WRITE AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMER IN THIS FASHION. AS I RECALL, THIS IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING IN THE SMS WORLD. I HAVE YET TO PAY THIS FACILITY A VISIT AND AM NEARLY TERRIFIED OF RUNNING INTO THE PERSON IN FINANCE WHO WROTE IN THIS FASHION. UTTERLY RUDE AND MOST UNACCEPTABLE. TO THE POINT WHERE I REGRET HAVING MADE A PURCHASE AT THIS LOCATION.

All around great

I had been interested in Subaru from their used car selection and their salesman Siamak went out of his way to make sure I left satisfied. They went above and beyond my expectations. Get selection of cars new or used and great customer service
